ApoWiser’s privacy policy set out below (the “Privacy Policy”), is an integral part of the Terms of Use, and should therefore be read in conjunction. It is the User’s responsibility to check and verify in advance the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as a condition of any use of the App. Your use of the Chatbot and Services provided therein, signifies your assent and commitment to this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to any aspect of this Privacy Policy, You are asked not to make any use of the Chatbot or the Services offered therein.

Information collected by ApoWiser

During your use of the Services, You are required to provide us with general information about yourself, such as age, gender, symptoms, allergies, sensitivities, underlying conditions, medical profile, products rankings(the “Information”). This Information does not identify You personally, and the Company cannot identify you in any manner or link between the information and a specific individual.

It is hereby clarified that the Company will use and process the information collected or provided by You as described in this Privacy Policy and according to any law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Act, 1981.

Please Noted: The Company doesn’t collect any identifiable information, and You are required not to provide any such information. It is hereby clarified that You are not required by law to provide us with any information about You, and Your provision of Information will be done of your own free will and with your consent. However, if You do not provide the Information, ApoWiser may not be able to provide you with some of the Services. Therefore, You hereby expressly agree to the use of the Information, and this use will not be considered an invasion of your privacy.

You must provide only correct, full, and exact information and You hereby approve the accuracy of the information provided.

In addition, You can contact us by filling out a “contact us” form on our website https://www.apowiser.com. Such information which may include your full name and your contact details may be saved in the Company systems.

Information automatically stored with ApoWiser

This information pertains to the device through which you accessed the App (including through the use of Cookies and other technologies(, and includes, for example, details about the date and duration of your visit, details about your visit to the App, including pages You have visited, information You have read and geolocation information from your browser.

The information specified above is stored in Microsoft Azure cloud services, Northern Europe, and is used by ApoWiser for analysis, control, supervision, and process improvement.

The Company reserves the right to use this information for statistical purposes and to store the statistical information according to its needs. In addition, the Company reserves the right to keep a copy and/or backup of the statistical information, at its sole discretion. The Company may use services of third parties, which provide data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to collect and analyze Information regarding your activity in the App, as well as statistical or aggregate anonymous information, in connection with the use of the App, for analyzing App traffic.

The uses of the information by ApoWiser

The information we collect, may be used for various purposes, including:

• Improving the Services offered in the App.
• Providing customer App on the Company website, including answering your questions and inquiries, and optimizing the communication with You.
• Adapting user experience of the App and creating Services and content customized to the user’s requirements.
• The proper management of the App and the operation of the Services offered in it.
• Conducting surveys and statistics and for marketing needs, subject to Your assent to this Privacy Policy by using the App.
• Integrating information: we may combine the information that we have collected from You with information we have received from other sources and use this information together with information from other sources. It is hereby clarified that the combination of information does not identify you personally.

Providing information to third parties

The Company will not transfer the Information to third parties except in the following cases:

• Other companies or organizations affiliated with the Company, such as a parent company, subsidiary, and sister company, provided that they use this information only in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
• Third party vendors, such as companies responsible for the destruction or storage of information, as well as specialized services providers such as web hosting providers or database storage, use of digital analytical tools, etc. The Company may share Information with legal advisors, accountants, administrators, financial officers, etc. The Company will provide these third parties only with information they need in order to provide their services. • For BI and analytics usage to pharma companies, business partners, costumers, etc.
• In any dispute, claim, suit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, subject to the requirements of the law.
• If You violate ApoWiser’s Terms of Use, or if You perform through the App, or in connection with it, any actions that the Company deems to be unlawful, or an attempt to perform such actions.

Substantial transactions

The Company will be entitled to share the Information collected as a result of your use of the App, during the execution of material transactions (for example, selling the Company’s shares or selling most of its assets) to the extent that the transfer of information is necessary to complete such transaction. Without derogating from the above, the Company will ensure that the information provided to it about You will be subject to the latest Privacy Policy prior to the transfer of this information.

Data security

The Company respects the privacy of the App users and considers the protection of their information to be of paramount importance. The Company stores and processes the user’s information on Microsoft’s cloud servers.

The Company is ISO27001 certified, a standard for managing information security, and is implementing various means in the organization. Infrastructure and application level to protect the information, including implementing advanced protection mechanisms. Nonetheless, as in any digital database, the Company cannot guarantee absolute resistance against intrusions into its computers, attempts to such intrusions, disclosure of information or disruptions to the system’s operation used by App. Therefore, if you have any concerns about some information, please avoid transmit it through the internet.

You hereby agree and declare that You do not have and will not have any claim against the Company in any case where the security of the App, or any part of it, has been compromised.

You also declare and warrant not to make any use that will compromise the security or integrity of the App’s systems, including the load or burden on the App’s servers in any way.

Cookies

As in most of the Internet sites, ApoWiser uses Cookies and other standard Internet technologies that help improve the App. Cookies are text files that your browser creates on command from the App’s computers, which are transferred to your device and stored there for documentation purposes. Cookies allow ApoWiser to remember your activities and preferences (such as language preferences, font size and other preferences) for a certain period of time, so that You do not need to reset them every time You visit the App. Some Cookies expire after closing the browser, and other are saved on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies may contain a variety of information such as pages You have visited, the duration of time You visited the App, how you have reached the App, information You request to see when entering the App, etc.

If You do not want to receive Cookies, You can simply change the settings in your browser. In addition, You can delete Cookies on your computer at any time. Please be aware that if You do so, the App may not be tailored to your preferences, and deleting or disabling Cookies may impair your user experience or prevent You from using some of the services or features in the App, or other websites.

ApoWiser may include links to various sites on the Internet, that are not operated by the Company, which may have different privacy policies. Although the Company strives to link to other trusted and reliable sites only, the Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or systems and procedures for data security and data protection, implemented on various sites, nor is it responsible for information collected by various sites and/or third parties which are not subject to this Privacy Policy. The Company will not bear any responsibility and/or obligation in connection with the policies, practice, actions, or failures of various sites and/or third parties as stated above. The Company recommends that You review the terms of use and privacy policies of these sites.

Amendments to Privacy Policy

The Company may amend, from time to time, the provisions of this Privacy Policy by posting an amended version on the App. The amended version will be effective as of the date it is published. When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will give notice by displaying a prominent notice within the App. We recommend that You to stay up to date with this Privacy Policy.
